Here are 5 energy-robbing habits you can change today: 

You’re eating too much sugar
Be sure to replace refined carbs with whole grain varieties for a longer-lasting energy boost. The solution is to avoid simple carbs and sugar and replace it with whole foods with a low glycemic impact. This will help you to stay alert and maintain your energy levels far longer.

You are sitting too much 
Daily prolonged sitting is linked to more than 30 chronic diseases and conditions. Regular standing up and moving for even a few minutes increases the oxygen in your brain which increases alertness. 

Draining Environment
Be aware of the fact that unhealthy and negative people can drain energy from you because of their thought pattern and low energies. What you can do is to refuse to be drawn into negative conversations. Distance yourself from negativity.

Prolonged Stress
Ongoing stress causes fatigue and can crash your energy levels. If stress keeps you anxious, tense and worried, consider trying meditation. By spending even 10 minutes a day in meditation can help you to restore your balance and increase your energy levels. 

Exercising too hard
Excessive and wrong training can lead to chronic fatigue and an increase in illness and infections. Try a more conscious approach to keep your body healthy and energetic.
